HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY PET DURING THEIR STAY?

You are always welcome to contact Ashley via her phone number to see how your pet is doing. She will get back to you as quickly as she can. Text is the preferred way of communication. We also update how our visitors are doing on our Facebook page!

DO I NEED TO BRING MY PET'S FOOD?

Yes. Failure to do so may result in extra fees. We can supply food in this case, however, we like our clients to bring their pets food to avoid any upset tummies. Many pets are prone to facing digestive issues when switching over to different foods.

We feed Purina One to our dogs and cats in the case that you do not provide their food.

ARE UNALTERED PETS ALLOWED?

We do not allow unaltered male cats to stay at Holly Bark Hills. We do, however, allow unaltered female cats and dogs. We allow unaltered male dogs so long as they are able to wear a belly band. Please be aware that we will not board both an unaltered male and an unaltered female dog at the same time, so unaltered pets are subject to if we have availability.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WHEN DROPPING OFF MY PET?

We require that you bring a sufficient amount of your pet's food. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

Dogs are given plenty of blankets and toys during their stay. We can provide an XL crate if needed but you are more than welcome to bring your own. You are also welcome to bring whatever else you think your dog may need!

Cat kennels are furnished with a scratching post, a bed/hide, a food and water bowl, catnip toys, and a stainless steel litter box with natural pine pellet litter.
